I`m a friendly 3D designer, full of passion, with a background in 3D photorealistic visualizations, 3D modeling for AR applications, 3D modeling with optimization for 3D printing and 3D printing. I decided to turn my passion into a business, so since 2019 I run my own company which provides 3D solutions for other companies or individuals.

Experience

3D Visualizations

  1. Creating 3D models optimized to:
    – visualizations
    – applications (e.g. AR based on Unity or Unreal)
    – 3D printing
  2. Creation and application of textures to 3D models
  3. Development and refinement textures during the design process to meet specific clients requirements
  4. Preparation of UV meshes, which involves cutting and arranging them for texturing.
  5. Creating lighting for the scenes by using a standard kind of light or HDR maps
  6. Comprehensive creation of photorealistic visualizations such as:
    – Architectural exteriors and environments for residential and commercial buildings (multi-family housing estates, single-family houses, semi-detached houses, two-unit houses,
    industrial halls, public buildings, commercial buildings)
    – Interior visualizations for various building types
    – Cross-sectional views of apartments
    – Visualizations for the Automotive industry (vehicle interiors, virtual body tuning, etc.)
    – Product visualizations (furniture, sports equipment, household appliances, machine parts, CNC machines, etc.)

3D printing

  1. Directly responsible for operation and maintenance of printers using technologies fff/fdm (including Prusa i3mk3s with mmu2s, Prusa XL Multi-tool)
  2. Directly responsible for operation of
    – SLA printers (Kudo Bean, Prusa SL1, XYZ printing Nobel 2.0)
    – DLP printers (XYZ Printing Nobel Superfine)
  3. Printer servicing:
    – independent maintenance and replacement of components, diagnosis and repairs
  4. Preparing 3D models for printing:
    – selecting and optimizing settings on the table to achieve the highest possible print quality, and accommodate as many objects as possible
    – corrections, modifications and installation of supports
  5. Developing 3d printing procedures for various materials and different 3D printing platforms:
    – layer settings, outline, skit and frame, support material (density, size of the contact point, angle of inclination, etc.), parameters for multi-material printing, table temperature, cooling, degree of retraction, etc.
  6. Conducting material tests and making corrections to the printer and material settings in comparision to the factory settings
  7. Supervising the printing process, as well as troubleshooting any issues
  8. Pre-processing of printed models
  9. Creating procedures and tools to improve 3D printing
  10. Building printers from scratch with supplied parts based on instructions
  11. Printing models that exceed the dimensions of the printers’ working fields, cutting them into segments at the design stage and preparing them for connection into one body by introducing holes and grooves, and connecting them after printing (including gluing, metal pins, etc.)
  12. Multi-material prints (e.g. combining PET-G with TPU)
  13. Printing from materials such as:
    – PET-G, ABS, PCABS, ABS composites, PLA, PLA Wood, TPU, etc.
    – Resins such as ABS, Tought, ashless burning, transparent, etc.
  14. Knowledge and compliance with health and safety and environmental protection rules related to 3D printing
